Three years ago, through sponsorship of its French affiliate, the Fund constructed a state-of-the-art vocational school in Shushi. For these years, through specialized vocational courses the Yeznik Mozyan School has been providing its students with an in-depth knowledge in the construction trade. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and Artsakh war, the school became the only educational facility to offer free vocational studies. Today, the 45 graduates of the school are already applying their knowledge and skills in practice. For example, a group of students is participating in the installment of water heater systems in Shushi. The project of solar water heaters is likewise financed by the Fund’s French affiliate.
