Project

Dzoramut village is located in the northern region of Lori, 6 km away from Tashir city and 1.5 km away from Georgia border. The community has 120 households with 310 residents, and 1 school.

Dzoramut receives water from Hovdara spring through Metsavan, Mikhaylovka, Petrovka, and Norashen main network by d=125mm water pipeline.

In the past, the water supply of the community was regulated by Daily Regulatory Reservoir (DRR). Subsequently, the water network and DDR were not renovated for a long time because of financial problems. As a result, water-supply system of the community was in the state of disrepair, and DRR was out of order. Further more, new households originated due to village expansion was too far from the reservoir and received water directly from main water pipeline.
On account of poor condition of DRR, new water-line which passed by the reservoir was constructed, and the residents received their water from main pipeline, which couldnot provide the village with reliable and adequate supply of water.

In order to ensure stable water-supply for the village new circular network are constructed, regulation valves and fire-plugs are setup in the crossroads. Water pipelines are constructed from polyethylene pipes. Within the project, the trench was planished.
