First Steps of Regional Development Project
As mentioned before the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund plans to establish a mechanical-tractor center. Recently, 7 tractors of Belarus trademark, 3 trucks of Chinese Mudan trademark, 9 ploughs, 9 disk ploughs, 7 seeding machines (6 for wheat and 1 for corn) were received. Soon, 4 more tractors and 2 combines will arrive.

New sewerage system unveiled in Stepanavan
Initiated by the Armenian Public Movement and through sponsorship of Armenian community and organizations of Greece a sewerage system was constructed in Left bank district of Stepanavan (cost of the project is 53 million AMD which makes around 136000 USD) and new furniture was provided to Gyumri school N29 (cost of the project is 10 million AMD which makes around 26500 USD).

LOS ANGELES. On September 23, 2006, U.S. Congressman and Co-Chair of the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) visited the offices of Armenia Fund U.S. Western Region and met with leadership and staff of the organization.
On September 22, an open-air gala concert was organized at the area of Zvartnots temple. Hayastan Fund was among the sponsors of the concert. The concert featured the National Chamber Orchestra headed by Aram Gharabekyan
Who wants to be a millionaire TV game benefits Hayastan Funds project
On September 2, the TV game Who wants to be a millionaire was broadcasted on Shant TV, which was devoted to the 15th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia. The celebrity of the game Arman Saghatelyan announced that it was a charitable initiative and all the gained amounts would be transferred to Hayastan Fund
